Put it in the normal category and mark the title with SPARES OR REPAIRS and repeat it in the description, would be my take on it.

Agree with Kimbo, that's what I've done with my crafts type jewelry, listed it under costume jewelry and added for crafts/repair to the title and in the body of the listing.
