    Angry Auctions disappearing

Hi over the last week I have put on a number of auctions and each time they go missing and I have to keep putting them back on. I am getting frustrated with this and cannot see the point of listing anything at all.
I hope this can be sorted out as I see I am not the only one this is happening to.
    Regards
    Kathy

Hi Kathy, Welcome to eBid. You are getting this problem because the site software thinks you are listing duplicate items, you are using the same wording in your titles.

You need to vary your titles like 'phone protector red' and 'phone protector blue' and then you won't have things vanish. In fact use as much description in your titles as possible it will help your customers find things when they search. Good luck.

I make jewellery and many of my items include my handmade polyclay shapes and beads which are all different. I have had listings removed as duplicate because the title length is inadequate for me to properly distinguish between each different pair of earrings.

Could we possibly have a slightly longer title length - trying to come up with different descriptions in my charming things store where there will eventually be several hundred different pairs (if listings don't keep being deleted!) is extremely difficult if not well nigh impossible.

    Thanks, Helen

We already have longer titles than elsewhere, Helen (though, like you, I could often use a few more characters). In the meantime, I suggest that you sacrifice a few to adding a code number to each listing.
