Cannot sell on ebid

Hi, we're currently a powerseller on ebay, and would like to expand over to ebid. However I cannot seem to sell due to ebid thinking Guam is international from the US.

Please let me know if it's still possible to sell on ebid even if we are located in Guam. We priority mail everything we send to the US, and international customers.

The problem is Bill that the OP is registered under the Oceania Site and not the US Site.

Therefore he is not permitted to be a seller, only a buyer.

Guam is a US territory.
You need to contact support@ebid.net and see if they can change your location to USA or get them to delete your account so you can start again and register on the USA site.

It seems eBid support thinks I'm located in Cyprus a country I've never heard of before. I guess I cannot do business on ebid, if they do not even know where Guam is.

You don't know of Cyprus, they don't know of Guam.

Stick with it, get back to them and I'm sure they can sort something out.

I managed to get in contact with someone from ebid. I created a US account and activated the Lifetime Seller+. Hopefully it'll be worth it
