international shipping unavailable

hi, I started selling on ebid 2 days ago, I have a problem with international shipping options... they simply don't work for me.
I enterd values and choose the kind of shipping for some countries but they don't result in my auctions.
Also if I try to click "SELECT ALL COUNTRIES" or "+" to add another kind of shipping nothing appens on the screen.
This happens only for international shipping, national shipping section works good with all its options.
Ebid support team answers to my question telling to edit my auctions in section 2 of the form... but the problem is that the form doesn't work... could you help me please?

Not yet received news from ebid support, I tried to edit "international shipping" options by "section 2" of the form both with intenet explorer and mozilla firefox but had no result.. seems to be a matter of my account (??!), I'm a "standard seller" with 0 feedback (I only have my 132 all positive imported by repatoo)

Are you blocking javascript? Though if you were I would have expected you to have more problems than this. What browser do you normally use and what OS are you running?

Hi, on my PC runs windows xp, I usually use firefox as browser and I didn't manage javascript (it is default setted) but I think that if the matter is about a pc setting I would not be able to change neither national shipping options.. but they work correctly

Having the same problem as above, cannot edit in the ninja lister, cannot edit at the listing itself. For international shipping keep getting a zero when I close (also don't see a save button in the listing itself). Keep getting 0.00 for international in both places. I use Windows 7 OS, browser is firefox and everything else is working pretty well, but have spent hours on the ninja lister, getting a mite disgruntled.

I am also NOT able to save my international shipping option. I am trying to use flat rate international shipping with the other carrier option. When I save my listing it does NOT show.
