Thread: Over half a million auctions at last!!!!

Good morning troops ... I think ?! Good grief those newbies will stop at nothing and have even taken a pot shot at me this morning when I am in this erm ... delicate condition !

Something really strange happened last night. I was just going to my bunk and I happened to look out of my window and I could see a shape just above my garden wall but couldn't make out what it was. I got Cadet Malcolm to come out with me and there sitting on the pavement was a young woman wrapped in a blanket ! We asked if she was alright (it was about 2.45am !) and she said she was just waiting for her friend who lived in the houses across the road and insisted she was O.K. so I had to leave her there. I was a bit worried leaving her but we live in a quiet area so hoped she would be O.K., it was just so odd that she was wrapped in a blanket, quite bizarre !

Got to get enough energy together to go bowling this afternoon before Cadet Malcolm departs for Coventry again.

Now I know I leave everything till the last moment but..... I have just spent the morning looking for my tax form....

I knew I started looking in "the wrong place" to start with, but I knew that would make me sort a very large pile of stuff out, then I looked where I was sure it was, and lo and behold it was there, it arrived in april.... and it was still sealed when I found it.

At least I also have two bags of recyclable paper and a carrerbag of "burning" so it was not a wasted morning after all....... Alright I have also found yet more stock that needs listing at some point but thats par for the course in this house.

Oh, I'm sure that is going to happen. I have a family history habit and it is only a matter of time before I find something which refers. And then, I trained as an engineer, my husband has racing drivers (and sufragettes) on his family tree (same branch - risk takers to a man and a woman).. it's all fascinating stuff.

However, in spite of a few casualties today & the image loader playing up, I'm 5 listings up on yesterday's total on both ids AND I've mowed the lawn!
