yep you could do that as others have done,
myself i sent the buyer a email explaining there was no postage payment and i would send them a PP invoice for the postage which i did and they have just paid i think the personal explaining touch goes a long way, also the ball is in there court as they have paid for the goods so its in there interest to respond
id check out MPS16 sound advice on the PP angle to help this stop happening it is a rare event this postage not being paid but once is enough report report every time it happens with all details which will help ebid track the problem down
