Serious glitch - No postage paid

Yes, I did do as MPS16 advised and did report it.

yep you could do that as others have done,

myself i sent the buyer a email explaining there was no postage payment and i would send them a PP invoice for the postage which i did and they have just paid i think the personal explaining touch goes a long way, also the ball is in there court as they have paid for the goods so its in there interest to respond

id check out MPS16 sound advice on the PP angle to help this stop happening it is a rare event this postage not being paid but once is enough report report every time it happens with all details which will help ebid track the problem down

just had another sale with the postage

thats nearly 300 notes over 3 days way to go ebid.

buyer emailed said they did use ie but not 9 a latter version buyer said the postage did not show in pp so he assumed it was encluded in the price, so after all that im non the wiser to what happened

What we have is an apparently intermittent fault. Just because some sales work OK, doesn't mean that the problem has gone away.
