Disappearing Auctions!

We have no evidence that it has been solved - I have a theory that it is to do with back-ups after outages but that is based only on a hunch.

Won't be that, we haven't used backup data for a very long time.

The problem is with the listings being marked as "deleted" from Auctions I Ran, our database is saying it has been marked as deleted so we don't show it to the user but the user reports never having clicked the "delete" checkbox in Auctions I'm Running.

We've installed date stamps so we can track down to the second when an item is deleted from Auctions I'm Running in the future, just give us your auction IDs when you have them and we can look deeper into this.

I know the boys are aware of this Problem But I've now got a pile of about 70 watches Which we're listed and now Have Poofed! No where to be found. I've still got about 150 more to check!

Yes, infuriating, isn't it?

As you find ones which you know were listed and no longer are, it is sometimes possible to find the old auction number by searching closed or using google (amazingly enough).

Auctions I listed today have disappeared. Gone. I can't find them. Not in Auctions I'm running, Closed, or Ended and they don't come up in a search. It's been hours. They were there earlier. Is anyone else having a problem with new auctions disappearing?

I have a brooch and several lots of buttons that have vanished, noticed last night that a knitting pattern has also vanished, im now going to have to check all my sewing/knitting patterns and booklets


Anyone else with this problem?

This has been a recurring problem - I now record the number of listings I have each evening and download all of them - since I started doing that, of course, I've had no problems at all.

If you can locate the original number of the missing listing, tell support!

Currently revising all my listings saved in Ninja Lister - the numbers don't tally with the numbers actually listed ...... there are lots missing
