    You have to be careful.
    You never know who wrote those terms and conditions.
    It doesn't matter who wrote them (though I could take a guess) - if they are wrong they need sorting out. I would say over and above anything else on the site. They are the core of the agreement between eBid and its users. As such, they are the foundation upon which eBid is based. There should be nothing in there that is open to dispute, misinterpretation, or misdirection.
