When I shut down yesterday I had 2040 listings. This morning & later on this afternoon, I reposted and deleted (in one movement) all unsold listings.

Now I have 2043! It's pulling them out of a hat!!!!

Now, this is creepy. It's 2040 this morning and that is the correct number...

This has happened to me as well but not for a while now. Hope support gets it straightened out!

I have been very careful about auction numbers since the random relisting which caused me to start this thread. I'm keeping the number of listings always to a number divisible by 5 (it just makes me more sure I'm right!). Now I'm going to download the notepad file every night so I have a record of what those listings are.

P.S.

In spite of both my about me page and my items I'm running page saying 2044, when I add up the total of my listings using the side panel showing which categories they are in, I get the correct number.
