I see banning these listings as a good thing overall if it does something to address the problems of people paying for things that they don't actually receive.

How can anyone possibly tell if someone else says a prayer after a buyer pays for it?

If people are still believing in spells and prayers then the human race has not moved on much in the last couple of thousand years. And even worse if they actually pay for them, a fool and his/her money maybe.

Already banned on eBid anyway, as goods have to be tangible.

I don't think Tarot readings are banned on here are they?
Someone is still doing readings and apparently, judging by feedback, they are pretty good at it.

Not sure myself; I'd thought the tangible versus intangible listing requirement would rule them out, but I honestly don't know.

Regarding tarot readings, I've encountered a number of folks over the years who claimed to be psychic. IMHO most were/are frauds, though there was a woman some time ago who predicted certain specific things that all happened just as she predicted, this gave me goosebumps. To each his/her own and I'm far from being a true believer, but I don't discount what I can't see or explain just because I can't see or explain it, (like the mysterious workings of the eBid hamsters).

Best wishes for many sales to all,

A lot of people believe in a lot of different things, some need to believe, some dont feel the need to (I don't), I'm not sure that it's the case that we hav'nt moved on and dont see why people should stop believing just because others poo poo it off (if thats the right words)

My sister lost her daughter very suddenly, broke her to pieces, a few months after maia's death I took my sister to a physic, I did'nt know if I believed in them or not and still dont know but knew my sister needed to hear that Maria was ok where ever she was, the physic never asked for any money at all, but after her reading, things were said that even made me go cold, after we had a whip round (3 of us) and gave her some money as everyone thought it well worth paying

it gave comfort to my sister no end, and paying the money over was well worth it
