Additional item postage options not showing.

Updating a listing where the original quantity was 1 and I now have another 4 to add.

Changed quantity to 5. Original shipping options were UK 1st class and 2nd class and overseas for Europe and the Rest of the World.

There are only options for "Each Extra Item Will Add" X "To Shipping Cost" for 1st class and my first overseas shipping. I am unable to offer a discount on 2nd class or the Rest Of The World.

As the Rest Of The World additional shipping will be £5 I am not willing to take the risk of editing the listing.

Reposting an auction this morning, similar problem. I can give shipping for additional items on my UK 1st and 2nd class and my overseas for the first option that I use for European, but not for my other overseas option that I use for the rest of the world.
