From Estonia. How can I start selling here?

I registered this morning as a byuer but I would like to start sell here. Is it possible for Estonians? I can´t find how to upgrade my account to Seller or Seller+

If there are lots of people interested then try to find a way of showing how many, set up a facebook page or something. That way you could show eBid that it would be worthwhile adding Estonia to the list of countries you can sell in.
