Items not showing as being in store

After having to relist all of my auctions earlier I now find the following for my fashion store:

In my Store I have 1797 listings.
In the MyStores section it shows as 956 listings.
in the Clothes, Shoes & Accessories section on the Stores tab it shows 956 listings.

This leaves me in 5th position instead of 2nd.

I do not want to have to go through all of these auctions to correct this, and as the listings are showing in my store anyway I am not sure that it would actually do me any good to do so.
