Afternoon from a *VERY* hot Sevilla - 47c last night at 7pm and today is set to follow suit - it was 42c at 2pm.

Spent this morning looking at the beautiful cathedral and doing the horse and carriage ride around Seville followed by a very welcome fresh pressed orange juice and beer. Tthe pavement cafes/bars are wonderful here - they have sprinkler systems fitted to the table umbrellas to help cool you down! I came back last night with very frizzy hair

These 2 days in Seville were my birthday present from my son and his girlfriend and apart from the heat, it has been very enjoyable as they are great company. Back to the coast tomorrow and home on Sunday
