We were out on the deck poolside Saturday evening. Had the lights dimmed, cooler filled and Pink Floyd Pulse cranked on the stereo.

All three of us are home, safe and sound (Whew!). The vet said he's gonna be OK, just scared us all. It's bad when the vet is scared. He's not wagging his tail (it usually goes a mile a minute), but he was the first one out of the car and ran to get a drink of water.

Love the pictures of Bonzo - he has that same mischievous look that Sam has.

Good morning! Rain at night and sun in the day would be just perfect. Here is is overcast, but dry so far. Coffee is made and my bread is also finished now. Because I forgot to set the bread machine last night I ended up making apple waffles (I think there are a couple left). Nothing much new, got to list some bits, but also promised daughter to help tidy her holiday apartment here, as we had her brother with us till Monday and he is like me - artistic and very untidy. So now we can put his things in boxes and store them in the loft till his next visit and she can get her things better organised.

Waiting for him to come back again. Lucia was furious last night when she couldn't get a shower - the hot water is only trickling through. I thought my washing machine was making funny noises, now I know why.
He didn't turn the water supply back on properly.
I tried to find a tap in the airing cupboard, but it's the tank up in the loft that needs fixing - what a load of incompetence. Tut.
