    Default Wrong Auction Types...

I listed several items months ago as run until sold. I have forgotten exactly which auction type each was but all were either Frontpage or Featured. I know this because I have never used a free one and I know which are Gallery auctions.
Now I know Frontpage is supposed to revert to Featured but mine have turned into Free auctions and thus have no thumbnails.
Is this meant to happen at any point? Or is this a mistake?
Considering I have payed for them to be listed, I would assume I am entitled for them to stick to anything above "Free"?

    Thanks,

    Luke

Ok it's all in the wording it seems.
So "normal" in this case is the free auction?
To be honest that is kind of annoying to me. I paid for it to be Featured and then it reverts to free. I would rather it revert to Gallery and make me pay a further 2%. I guess I can change this manually and I do understand that not everyone would want it this way but for me it's not quite what I was expecting.
Not to worry, thanks for the response. I had read that page you linked already when I first made my account but I failed to comprehend what "normal" meant and assumed the wrong thing I guess.

Yes, Free for Seller+ account holders, or Standard for basic Seller account holders.

I fully expect that a lot more users would get upset if eBid changed their listings from ones that have no FVF to ones that do have a FVF.

Welcome Luke! You are not making the best use of Seller+. You are entitled to 5 free shops. Open at least one and group your listings there. And check Astral's knowledge base. It will help you make best use of eBid.

I agree. I need to open shops and I do fully intend to.
I am working on my company image first though. It doesn't even have a logo or anything yet.
I am a signwriter and window film fitter by trade therefore I am capable of design work but of course when it comes to my own image, I struggle because my trade demands it be perfect.
Anyway, thanks for the advice and yes I will follow it. I just have to get myself in order first.

"The best" is the enemy of "good enough"!!
