Doubt its actually a 'glitch,' but...

Fairly new to eBid... after posting several items late last night and early this morning, I find several of them have been abruptly cancelled/deleted. The listings have simply vanished without explanation. But surprise of surprises, the listing fees remain....

I've put in a request via the contact form, but its only been an hour...I'm sure I'll receive a timely response.

Anyone else have this happen, and if so, what was the issue?

The usual reasons are duplicate listings, banned items, or in the wrong eBid category

And none of these apply... And I'm still not getting any kind of response or explanation from anyone a eBid. Is the total lack of response also normal here at eBid?

This may not be a glitch problem.
Most of the time it is not a case of 'lack of response' from eBid. Most of the site problems are easily resolved on the forums by helpful members. And if all else fails, it is usually a member who will suggest you contact eBid.

So, What are you trying to list that is being deleted? We may be able to tell you why they are not being accepted.

Talking of 'Wrong' Category's.

What would happen to a listing of a postcard, book or photo about :
fishing placed in fishing Cat
Cycling placed in cycles, cat
Birds Placed in Onithology book section

etc etc etc. ??????????????????????????
