Well, they were active on eBid this morning (just after the time of your post) - so they are around. Hopefully they will be in contact. If not, contact admin as suggested and look to recover your payment.
OP I am so sorry to hear about this. If you paid via either Paypal or credit card, you should be able to claim your money back easily - is if you put in a paypal claim it is then up to the seller to show that they have sent the item (via a tracking number or summat)
Seems strange if the seller is active but not replying (thats weird, and bad manners on thier part!) , I would definitly contact ebid support about this as others have suggested.
