Following 3 days of problems with ISP receipt of donotreply@ebid.net emails, which were bounced back to ebid, thus triggering temporary suspension of my ebid account I have received help from both ebid support and my ISP. It appears that ISP filter upgrades/changes are rejecting auto-despatched emails, and one answer is to open a gmail.com account (free) and to immediately insert donotreply@ebid.net in the contacts on gmail. Then register your new gmail address with ebid, using ebid support if you are locked out of your account. I should like to thank ebid support for their patience and help in resolving this problem
