Default Ninja Lister Problem - Auto Closes before logging in

Just signed up, leaving ebay due to the outrageous fees. Will bring all my customers here if I can get it to work.

Downloaded Ninja Lister. When starting to sign in, get as far as typing in password and the program closes. Thought problem might have been with the Adobe Air, so downloaded it. Still does the same thing. Tryed to re-download lister but said it was already on the computer. Still closing before I can get logged in.

Any help please. Not real computer genius here. Thanks.

Hi and welcome to eBid! I don't use NinjaLister, but am bumping this thread so that one of the eBid 'gurus' can help you out...best of luck in your new venture!

I am unable to duplicate your problem on the information given.

If you want to try a reinstall of Ninja Lister...

    1. Download a fresh copy: http://uk.ebid.net/spreadsheet/ninjalister_0.99.89.air
    2. Run the downloaded installation file
    3. When it displays the dialogue that it already exists, click on Uninstall.
    4. When that has finished, run the installation file again.

Between step 3 and 4 it may be worth locating the Ninja Lister working directory and deleting it - just in case anything in there is upsetting it. Without knowing what operating system you are running I can't give an exact location, but the directory is named NinjaLister and should be under your user profile (e.g. on a standard Windows 7 install it is C:\Users\login_name\NinjaLister ).
