I think your venom should be aimed at the security company - they were the chancers who were trying to save money on their contract. It is an industry full of low paid workers and this is just the worst we have heard about.

No doubt the security company would have pushed the envelope, but don't be under any illusions that they wouldn't have been fully supported initially by your dole department.
Lets' not forget that the cheap/free labour is taking the place of workers who should be employed with normal pay rates & conditions.
Why not take it a step further & get them to fix the highways etc. while they're at it?

Believe me, it could get worse I kid you not.
We had a former state politician here who believed in all of the above, including having numbers tattooed on the dole workers, & stated so in public.
