    Default New category in collectables

    Hello Gazza,

Can you please add "Printing Blocks" to the Collectables category so that I can start listing my items.

    Category>Collectables>Printing Blocks.

    Cheers.

    Printalia (Ebay alias>artslim).

It's over a month since this request was made this is surely not a one man show? I have hundreds of items to list in an appropriate category which will take me an age to list if or when somebody/anybody can aquiese to my request with just a little urgency. If Gazza or whoever it is who makes these decisions is still on a world cruise or the like can he, she or whoever, delegate someone to do the honours. Should'nt be too difficult.

This thread is for New and Ghost Category SUGGESTIONS, not demands or sarcasm. I'd say welcome to eBid, but I see you have been here since 2008. The owners may or may not want to add your suggestion, but these are generally done when site updates are done, not immediately upon demand.

To save time, you could go ahead and list them in OTHER, then if and when a new category is added, do a bulk edit to move them....I expect that would work.

It will be nice to have printing blocks. Will these be blank?

Thank you for your kind welcome kozersky. Let's hope after a protracted 3 years of asking, someone (not gas bags or busybodies) can reply to my request which was requested over 3 years ago. This message is for the perusal of someone who can instigate a solution to the request and not for child brains out to score points or ingratiate themselves to the hierachy.
All the best ( to the nice people on ebid)

Her Majesty is usually regarded as nice.

I do understand your frustration but you are a seller+ so open your own shop with your stuff and don't worry about eBid's category structure. You are not the first person to feel that their request was being ignored and you won't be the last. Unfortunately there is no published schedule for category updates.

I, too, feel that it is conducted in a rather random way, but this is ebid and it is run by the owners not the members.

P.S. I do SO hope you regard me as a busy body and a gas bag!
