Hi Mel,
I've been bulk uploading like this for 1 year using excel spreadsheet every week. images are first on my own server, then ebid makes a copy during the launch process. the reason you presume is NOT correct, it is not why the image doesn't appear. what you see is the result from ebid upload.
Normally, after the actions are loaded i could delete my images on my own server and there would be a copy in ebid. this time apparently ebid didn't do it correctly. I haven't changed anything in how i upload. some code must have been changed on ebid end or there is a bug. when you bulk upload the image has to be hosted somewhere to start with, there is always a source image. that ebid loaded it this way is an ebid problem.
Hoping a programmer can look into this and fix it.
thanks for all the replies.

All auctions appear correctly now without me doing anything. either it was delay in converting images from my server to ebid internal photos, or some nice programmer at ebid fixed it anonymously. Anyway, i am now content that all works. Thanks for all the inputs and replies.

Since our move to AWS for image hosting there will be a short delay before the image is imported from your own host. If this delay is excessive then let us know and we will look into tweeking the new system.

Hi All
And Ebid administrator.
Following your advice I am advising that I believe that 147 listings I uploaded last Friday are taking too long for thumbnail images to appear on the listings.
It is now Monday and it has taken three days for the thumbnails NOT to appear.
It does not make my listings look good!
How can this be fixed?
