If it works like other sites, the Seller has the option of adding the 'haggle/make an offer' button when preparing their listings.

Don't think it'll be there automatically ?

Should be available in a few weeks. I would use it, as long as limits could be auto set.

Now a haggle button for invoices would be very handy...maybe a suggestion should be posted
