The pic of the mark's too small to see details, so does this help? http://www.porcelainmarksandmore.com...n_repro/00.php
But haven't others too?
" crossed swords are one of the most famous pottery marks that there is - belonging to the world renowned Meissen works.
The problem is that they are widely imitated and it is almost better to start by assuming that the marks are fakes."
I just cannot find your oval hilt mark anywhere!
For Worcester marks 1916 - 1948 (no crossed sword marks) see here:
http://www.antique-marks.com/royal-worcester-marks.html
There are later dates also from this page.
Having said all this, then I find that:
"....in the 1770’s independent firms, such as James Giles of London,
decorated some Worcester Porcelain. The Huguenot descendant,
James Giles (1718 - 1780) decorated elegant porcelain supplied
direct from Dr. Wall’s Worcester factory at his studio in Berwick
Street, Soho. From 1767 he had a formal agreement with
Worcester to supply him with unfinished wares to decorate. The
Meissen crossed swords mark and cobalt blue backgrounds were
added at the factory before the porcelain was glazed and
despatched to London."
But having said this, I can't find Meissen marks with D or oval-hilted swords as in your picture!
Do I get a chocolate bunny for effort seeing as it is nearly Easter?
After messing about in paint this is as close as I can get.
