Well we put the old wicker furniture and plants back in the Living Room yesterday. Not sure if getting new cushions will cut it or if we need to just get new furniture. I was hoping to save and use the wicker as it was the last furniture my ma purchased just before she died and my Dad insisted I take it.

If it were me I would hang on to the memories as long as possible & try new cushions first Al.
Maybe pick out the red - a bold colour like in the carpet?

We will probably try cushions first, also need new stuff to hang on walls.

I know it's drastic, but wicker can be painted. Better than giving up on it perhaps. Red cushions sound like a good idea to me. Love Dwight Yocum - thanks!

I think before I paint it I would just change to regular furniture (couch/loveseat/chairs) but we are going to try new cushions first.
