    Default Cooked or raw?

How do you like your meat ? cooked through ( no blood ) or raw ( with blood )..my own taste is my meat must be well cooked , no blood showing when I cut into it...when I go for a meal , I do tell the staff it must be well done , any trace of red and it will be sent back..I had one place say " the chef does not like to over cook the meat " so I just asked if he could cook it the way I want it or not ? and I would be happy to go elsewhere....I got my meal , perfect , in my opinion...a chef should be able to do as you ask..so how do you like your steak or roast , cooked or half raw ?............. papa. ( there is a wee poll )

Well done, can't stand seeing any color except brown, though a nice steak done medium (just a little pink in the middle) can be delightful.

My ex used to eat meat raw, always made me a little queasy...

Best wishes for many sales to all,

If it's a roast joint - well done.
    If it's a steak - medium
