Al I don't know what a Moscow Mule is - sounds as if it might have Russian Vodka in it to me so maybe a bit strong for lunchtime.

Vodka, Ginger beer and lime juice. Adjust vodka accordingly.

just had my ecg and blood pressure tests and all seems fine, just need to wait 10 days on my bloods coming back. Im expecting my cholesterol to be sky high but i think everything else will be fine, so i'm going out tonight for a wee drink or two with the girls
