    Default Need some help with a support ticket

    I'm putting this problem here.....because my support ticket is getting nowhere (le sigh)

    This is what I sent on 23/2/12:

    Hi Guys

    I have a weeny problem with the bulk edit
    I set the edit filters for my store, sub category and price:

    but the result comes back as zero!

    I definitely have items running in that category and at that price!

    Am I doing something wrong? Or are the filters not working?

    It looks as though the field Price is incorrectly captioned and should read International Postage - a complement to the Domestic Postage field above.

    There appears to be no filter for the item price.

    My old brain isn't on top form at the moment.....ur a star!

    Maybe there should be a "price" filter, suppliers tend to change prices on a regular basis.

    I think the postage fields were brought in because users wanted a way to quickly apply price increases by the postal services. I agree price would be a useful addition, and can't see any reason why it could not be included.

    Until then you will have to use something else to get to where you want. E.g. if all the items are Horse Bits, include that in the Title filter. Alternatively, carry out a broader selection and select only those that you want from the results to go into the bucket. Then you can Bulk Edit the price.

    Can I leave it to you to raise the glitch report and suggestion?
