Want to share your recipe? I never heard of bread with cottage cheese in it....but I love cc, so bet it would help keep the bread moist and high protein! I expect you need to refrigerate it, if it's not all eaten the first day............?

Thanks - but as I said " a curious colour combination IMHO" but then I do have to acknowledge that tastes vary! As a fabric seller I need to remember that not everyone will like what I like! As it turned out the club were trying to help one member decide whether she wanted to frame the quilt blocks she'd made with pink OR yellow...we all decided on yellow in the end - so the two weren't planned as a mixture! Phew - relief!

good morning! Been ploughing through emails and YDC payments for the last hour. I am sure glad that I won't be responsible next month. time for the coffee and a pot of tea. Made bread last night, so that should still be nice. Then it's packing and posting and sewing and I imagine the day is over when that is finished
