Chorlton and the Wheelies, and Dangermouse. Both of which I would quite happily still watch today.

Although if it wasn't for YouTube I'd be doubting my sanity as it seems that no-one else has heard of Chorlton.

Far too late for me as a childhood program, but I did use to watch it during dinner hour when I was working (still a kid at heart).

My first television was Watch With Mother, and my favourite from that was Rag, Tag, and Bobtail (link)

Used to like Mr. Pastry, later Torchy, Twizzle, Supercar, Fireball XL5, Thunderbirds (seems Gerry Anderson pretty much raised me )

Not forgetting 'Andy Pandy' , The Woodentops, Captain Pugwash. Then there was Robin Hood, Ivanhoe (Roger Moore) Hopalong Cassidy.

I did a search - Fenella, the witch was with Chorlton. And she had an accent, Welsh I think
