Hiya! Keeping warm? It's still cold here. The ice glaze has now gone off most things except me.

The three Stepsons and the3 wife/fiancee/S/O just left........have had a great couple days. Lots of laughs, which was fun.

The boards have been a bit quiet....but that's ok. Not that I use the free time wisely!!!!

It was not a good morning.
I had lamb shanks for supper on Saturday and it was delicious, but I suffered from hard fat wrecking my sugar levels all day Sunday
