Im trying to emport over acouple 1000 items and i keep getting this error.
This is not a familiar file format..

Its in microsoft execl

How do i fix this or what do i do?

If you have things in Excel, try using the ebidloader which you can find in the Navigation bar under bulk upload

Import needs to be done as .txt file. So if you have downloaded the file then ensure 'all files' is shown in the 'files of type' on ms excel.

I'm guessing that you're trying to import from other market places so try this

Ok Gill i will try it out. Heres what i get next after i save it was a .txt file
Imported 0 lines from a data file.

You need to save it as Text (Tab delimited) (*.txt) for import into NL - comma separated will not work.

Thanks i will look in to it. What in the world is "IT Team"?
The link im trying to up load is from a diffrent company.

They said i need to get them to turn it in too a .txt.


Im so lost i dont know what to do all this is so new to me.
