Severe Weather Warning?

I carry 4 blankets, 2 snow shovels, drinks, food, a cell phone along with much more.
This is in case of a weather emergency when I am driving....LOL
I live in a small town, never leave it, and can probably walk home if needed..
cant say I'm not prepared....

It was snowing, and I was impressed to throw some blankets in my car. I felt silly but did it. Later that day, I took my children grocery shopping and was having car trouble. Was on a remote road; both kids were asleep, so I covered them with the blankets. It was cold, so I was grateful they were covered and asleep.

In awhile a huge, sparkling vehicle happened along and helped with my car. My kids did not wake until all was sorted. They were looking in awe at this vehicle because the wheels were taller than me, and it was an awesome piece of machinery. They (2 very handsome gentlemen) just drove off and would not accept any kind of payment.

So I would say it is a good idea to travel prepared for emergencies.

Since the snow came , all my wife has done is look through the window.

If it gets worse I will have to let her in.
