If you've made a sale for them to be a buyer, you have their email. If you haven't made a sale, they're just another ebidder and you do not get their details. This is pretty standard stuff for preventing offsite selling. If they contact *you* via the Q&A system, you can respond the same way.

Agree with Kimbo, it's easy to use Q & A before the sale is made, then AAL and/or buyer e mail address afterwards.
