I don't know why but I feel surprised and happy that I just sold a VHS to a first time buyer!
I got rid of most of my VHS a while ago, and just have a few left. I didn't think that they still sold

LOL! I still have plenty of VHS tapes and play them, too.

We have VHS (no DVD) player in the room where we have the treadmill. So, I still watch VHS in there. (Also have VHS in one of the bedrooms and in the sitting room.) I find tapes at the thrift store for cheap. Probably wouldn't pay for shipping unless DVD wasn't available on something I really wanted etc. But, yes, I do watch VHS at times. :-)
