Hello, just moved over here to Ebid from Ebay Selling old United States coins! Glad to be over here!

I just moved from eBay as well. Sometimes a little difficult learning the differences between how to post auctions on eBid but I was fed up with eBay eating up the profit in fees on top of fees. Plus the site has changed to favoring the buyers prospective and not the sellers. Becoming more of a site to sell new stock and branded names. I am an estate liquidator of small items and sell mostly antique and vintage items. Any fussiness from a buyer typically got them a full refund from Paypal plus I never got my item returned! Even when I had documentation from other sellers that the same buyer had done the same thing to them. I hope I can figure out how to get my items out on the search engines like eBay did. Right now that is the only downfall I have seen with listing on eBid. Did you sign up for the lifetime package yet or are you waiting to see how it goes? Later....

Welcome to eBid. hope it works out for you. You should find that the seller is as important as the buyer on here. I had a problem where the buyer wanted a refund AND to keep the item. They left negative feedback, but after explaining to eBid, this was removed within an hour. The buyer did not get a refund.

If you sell higher value items, you might actually do well on here. I had some expensive jewelry that did not sell on eBay, but thank's to showing in Google I sold quite easily here.
