Paypal re-funds need help with

Hello
i won a item on ebid and the person still did not send the item and its been to long
how do i get a re-fund back as when i log into paypal it does not show that i have sent the payment any more as its gone over the date of payment
i don't know what els i can do or how i can get the re-fund back

Oh dear, what a shame you waited so long. Do you fund your PayPal account with a credit card? You may be able to claim through them.

If you go to history section of paypal your purchase will still be there.

As said, you should have started the process of recovering your money before now - as some options may now be closed to you. Easy to be wise after the event, but learn from it and act quickly if you should be unfortunate enough to have it happen again in the future.

I paid for the item on the 19th December 2011 but i did not do out incase the seller is not sending out untill after Christmas but now its in jan still no messages and also no item has been sent option
i have the payment i.d to say its been sent but when i do a search the payment is not their for some reason :S but i have proof the lot

You could try asking eBid why the seller is no longer active at support@ebid.net The seller may have closed their account or ebid may be waiting for some verification. Whilst your contract was with the seller and not eBid, you may find the boys have some helpful information for you. Hope it gets sorted for you.

I think you may still have time to go through Paypal. I thought it was at least 45-60 days to file with them. Call Paypal support and ask them directly. When you go on Paypal, they have options to select if the sale happened on the Bay or Off-site (like eBid, other). You can find your payment by doing history search using date range, ie, December 1, 2011 thru December 31, 2011; or whatever range you want.

You have 45 days to file an item not received dispute from the date you paid. I would email support@ebid.net as well to make them aware of the situation.
