Thread: fake perfume??

  1. #1

    Default fake perfume??

So I ordered paco rabanne lady million 80ml EDP from a seller on here. I received it and the packaging seemed to be tampered with it was a christmas present so I opened it to check all was ok. It wasn't the perfume had leaked everywhere. I contacted the seller who sent me a new perfume and said he will claim from royal mail. To my surprise it was the same situation when I received the new one had leaked and the bottle was half empty. This sent alarm bells ringing. I have purchased 4 perfumes and aftershaves of amazon and ebay and none have leaked plus its not cheap perfume surely it shouldn't be able to leak like that?? I've contacted the seller but no response yet I have a feeling they are counterfeit perfume though. What should I do??

    Thanks in advance,
    Ben

As you have had no satisfaction, you should open a dispute with Paypal (if you paid through them) and let your seller know your intentions.

Peoples just never learn…don’t buy especially brand name items which is usually much more expensive in regular retail stores…and private seller’s can’t have and will never have ‘’authorization’’ from brand name company to resell any kind of stuff which carry brand name item…because license to resell this cost way to much for regular private seller’s…so many just use Asian seller and buy from him and resell all over the Net…which is mean ‘’fake’’ stuff…simple as that…fake stuff for your real money not good combination…

P.S. I never expected we will end up with something like this…this stuff is everywhere and anybody try to sell to you…read this…huh…

if its a one-off item it could be that the seller is selling an unwanted present - I know every year a few unwanted presents I get end up for sale online, LOL. Including at one point a Chanel headscarf, which I started low priced because I genuinely had no idea what it was worth. (fashion and that kind of thing isnt my cup-of tea, so I dont know a lot about all these things!)

The iffy thing here is that the OP says that the seller obviously did have another identical item which does suggest that they have stock (so, unlikely to be unwanted presents).

Did it smell as it should though?

It's just a fake...simple as that....scammers exactly know what for most of buyers looking this day's to buy and in 99,9% seller's exactly offer that...''brand name'' but ''fake''...AMEN.........
