Favourite chefs

My favourite chef has to be my hubby - no, really, he's actually a chef!
He's cooked for many a famous person here in Birmingham when he owned his own catering company...
typically as with many chefs, they don't like to take their work home with them although I have had the odd Lobster Thermidore off him!

Bobby Flay is on the Food Network, very popular TV channel over here, though I'll freely admit I don't watch him for the recipes.

Now as far as talent goes, I'll take the hot British chef who does another Food Network show, Dinner Impossible! can't remember his name, he's uber sexy though and likely the most talented emergency chef I've ever seen, don't know how he does what he does, it's almost like magic.
