    Yes they have cut the number to two now as I had to deal with a non paying buyer the other day. Remember to email support when you have finished the process and left your neg' to get your fee back.

    Thanks everyone, I don't normally claim the fees back as they are so small, but am going to this time, do you still have to email them then, I though it would have been automated by now.

    Yes, you must email support to get fees back.
