They are all for the new 'original' Buttoneer, and do not fit the real original one from the '70s - made by Dennison and marketed by Ronco.

Someone bought the rights to manufacture the current one from Dennison, but it is well reported to be total rubbish.

Some of the fasteners for the current Avery Dennison commercial tagging guns look like they might fit the Ronco unit, but as the minimum buy is 5,000 you would really need to know for sure before you purchased.

The name Ronco reminds me of the old SNL, they used to poke fun at Ronco products.

Hope you find your buttoneer, you never know as I like to say whenever I head off to the flea markets.

Best wishes for many sales to all,

    ETYMOLOGY: 1960s.

I think the term 'Naff Off' may be attributed to the comedian and character actor Ronnie Barker. When creating the TV prison comedy 'Porridge' they needed a term that could be used on television to represent the term 'F**k Off' (which would be in common use in prison). Ronnie claims to have invented the phrase but there is some dispute. The term did enter common usage due to the TV show though; famously being used by Princess Anne to reporters.
I thought "Naff Off" was originated by Princess Anne at an equestrian event while high upon her steed to some photographers.
