Sold/Closed Items Not Being Removed From Google Shopping

After telling someone t'other day (http://www.ebid.net/forums/showthrea...=1#post1385065) that there were no issues with sold/closed items being removed from Google Products, I now see that there is.

Item http://uk.ebid.net/perl/account.cgi?...account-review sold on the 23rd, but is still showing on Google Products.

Is this an eBid or Google issue?

I've been having this issue and didn't know if there was something more I needed to do.
I currently have 26 auctions running but if you search USA Google Shopping for my username, it is showing 32.

An example of one that is sold that still shows up on Google is the Radeon 9600 I had up for sale and the Minimus-7 SD13 tweeters, which sold.

I also just noticed something odd, it's listing items from other sellers when you search for my username. Recipe cards from jeweleffects and a coffee maker being sold by MarkDavids...and a Norman Rockwell being sold by jopar.

Curious.

Let us know specifc auction IDs and URLs they are appearing on and we will take a look.

Well...the one I gave you at post #1 (above) is still there.

My latest sold items are also there on Google Shopping - when I click on the item it takes me straight to my ebid item and gives me the full details of the sale.

Example: BOAC Aircraft Boeing 747 postcard 1970 Olympia slogan (52122675)

astral's sold lemon grater is still there in Google Shopping.

If I was wanting to buy the lemon grater I would be confused as why I couldn't buy it and wouldn't bother with ebid because I would think ebid was providing duff information - I wouldn't think that the problem was with Google because it is such a well established site.

Is the problem with Google or ebid?
