    Default Completely marmalized

I made the most fabulous reduced sugar ginger and seville marmalade. Definitely the best marmalade I have ever made.
Unfortunately I was too enthusiastic and made 7 lots of 750gm, and being reduced sugar I have to keep it in the fridge. That should last me until 2014.

Ooops, I meant to say - why doncha offer a jar up for our YDC auction 24-28 Nov?
I'm sure you wouldn't miss one jar, and on the plus side, get a great deal of satisfaction knowing that you had helped a very good cause in some way.

I am not too confident sending marmalade through the post.

    But collection is an option...
Just head for the Olympics site.
