Good morning! Now, Sarge, what a silly notion that your father would believe what YOU say. I do hope I won't have to move into one room ever. I would have a similar problem.
I have made the coffee though and switched the tea urn on, so there is plenty of hot water. Got a few croissants to go with it. I am wrapping the YDC packages, so they can be dispatched later this morning. Otherwise all is quiet

Have got my listings on hold again, so no overnight break-ins.

Think I'm going to have to carry on downsizing as we went to the new house last night - and ithe rooms are a tad smaller than we remembered! We may just have to have a few 'decorative' boxes hanging around for a while after we move

I hope to sort a few bits to list here over the weekend, if can unearth them from the garage.

It would help if I didn't have about 10 boxes of my mother's stuff still to sort out + about 6 boxes full of my family history files ...................... + all my eBid boxes - not going to be much room in my little office!

Yippee - it's over and done with. I'm back and all the furniture, boxes and umpteen paintings are now stored in a neighbour's garage and I'm exhausted ! The house looks even more of a tip than when I went away a week ago as O/H decided to do some DIY on top of everything else (sob) but I'm going to ignore it all this evening and head straight to the mess to drown my sorrows yet again !

Some good news though, I went to the estate agent and arranged to drop the price while in Cornwall and a woman that has looked at it before is coming back next Tuesday with a builder so that sounds hopeful. I will keep my fingers crossed that she might put in an offer. We really don't want it standing empty over the winter.
