Tried to get in Ebid earlier today ( 5---6 ) kept saying ( Link broken)

There appears to be a bit of an issue at the moment, im trying to get into 'my ebid' and its asking me for a user/pass for a restricted area. Url at the top reading test.ebid.co.uk etc ?
