I have had a Morphy Richards one for years whose breadpan decided recently to spring a leak. Although it is still usable if I don't use the delay setting, I decided to buy a 'used' one for £10. It's a Breville and works well. Although I most often use bread mixes it does make some great pizza dough. And I am happy with either machine. As to flour, I just use breadflour from whichever supermarket I happen to shopping in. Btw, if I use wholemeal flour I add a vitamin C tablet - for some strange reason it makes it rise better
