Peculiar goings on....item sold, listing closed? No AAL?

My listing ended with a winning bidder. It is item 51177653 that I believe ended a couple of hours ago. In My eBid it shows Auction Closed, but investigating further I do have a winning bidder. I have no choices, as there is not AAL log. I have dumped cache and cookies, rebooted, and resigned in to eBid and nothing has changed.

This is a new first time eBid buyer. What can I do to avoid bad karma drama? I cannot contact the user since it still says "I was not involved in a transaction".....yeah? The person is my winning bidder and things indeed seem amiss. Any advice?

Same thing happening with me right now.It's as if the site has seized up.

Its the same thing with me, I think there was some site work going on this afternoon, I also see that several of my listings are showing as closed but havent been autorelisted.

Give it a day & see what happens tomorrow

Thanks for the Dallas news. ....hopefully, we can explain the issue to a first time eBid buyer........Awwwwwwwwgggghhh! Maybe they won't know any different and all will be well in short order.

Mine was updated and fixed as well!!!! I am so glad! Thanks for those that responded and made me feel like I was not the only one with issues!
