Thread: Buddy Gear

  1. #1

    Default Buddy Gear

No offense but it takes forever to get across the pond via surface. Any chance you know anyone in the US? Relative, old school chum, or whatever. I hear things are a bit pricy in the UK. I'd bet a $100 any good size city in the US could knock that Buddy Gear out for less then you pay over there. Also if you have someone over here shipping wouldn't cost nearly as much, or take as long.

    1. Who are you addressing this to?
Forum members have nothing to do with the supply of eBid merchandise or the running of Buddy Auctions.

    2. Are you suggesting that eBid should deal with US suppliers to obtain eBid merchandise because you are unhappy with how long it takes to receive these essentially free items?

I could really careless because it's kind of free. I see others on the other hand do. Just look at eBid_uk's feedback.

Why did I post it in the forum and didn't send the message directly? Because I felt like it.

On the bright side, at least you didn't make an embarrassing video this time.

No, he settled for being offensive to a single nation this time. I suppose that's progress. ;o)

I took your advice and did that.

I saw a handful of Negs and Neuts from years ago which complained about the delivery time and I saw almost two thousand Pos's from people that were happy - especially since eBid worked hard to improve their performance on delivery.

So your problem seems very much to be just that: your problem.

I agree, makes sense to me as eBid grows in the USA it will start costing more to ship from the UK ,

Perhaps s/h originating from their Dallas HQ or vicinity might work, for pkgs with a USA destination.
